FSUIPC PM reserved area

I am trying to build a USB connectable FMC. I was planning on using the FSUIPC offsets to turn the lights on and off and populate the digital displays etc but! I have discovered that PM doesnt write back to the FSUIPC offsets. i.e. when you click on autopilot arm it doesnt write a 1 back to offset 07BC

Ive read the FSUIPC docs and realised that there is a PM reserved area at offset 04E0 88 bits

Is there any way of finding out what these contain & can I access them to drive my MCP or is there another way?
