What is a Wiki?
A website or similar online resource which allows users to add and edit content collectively. (see http://www.wikipedia.org)
General
This FAQ will contain some notes for frequently asked questions which then might migrate to articles and pages of their own.
Demos
Demos can be found on http://www.projectmagenta.com/demos.html
They are time and/or area limited, give you an idea of the features and possibilities of the software and allow you to check your hardware for compatibility and speed. Registered versions of FSUIPC and WideFS are required to run the demos, please contact us for a temporary license if needed.
System Requirements
- Microsoft Flight Simulator
- FSUIPC/WideFS by Peter Dowson (free of charge for our customers)
- OpenGL Graphics Card for Glass Cockpits/pmSystems/Instructor Station
Installation
Each Project Magenta software is easily installed with its own setup program. You are free to choose any folder name of your liking. The Windows registry is never touched for any settings and you can either remove the software by deleting the folder or using the Uninstaller that comes with it.
Registration
Once the software has been installed, it will show a registration screen. The computer ID you see on that should then be sent to mailto:register@projectmagenta.com.
